What does working together actually look like?
Engagements are structured but flexible. I spend time understanding what is really happening inside the business, then work alongside leadership to clarify priorities, remove friction, and create forward motion.The work may involve strategy, systems, team dynamics, operational flow, or integration work, depending on what is needed most.
Do you work in person?
Yes, when it is useful.Most of my work happens remotely. Contracts can include travel for in person time when it meaningfully supports the work. This is not frequent, but it can be powerful during key moments such as leadership alignment, integration periods, or major transitions.
